2024 Costs

Session 1, 2 or 3:

Twin-share: $4,065 USD

Single: $4,465 USD

(Cost is in $USD per person and is based on a minimum of 4 people in the group. If there are less than 4 people, then if we can run the session, then the price will be higher).

Deposit

$1,000 USD per person, per trip and is NON-REFUNDABLE.

 

You must purchase your travel insurance as soon as you pay the deposit.

Payment can be made by check, bank transfer, Zelle or Venmo. Please see additional sheet for details.

By submitting your deposit, you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions.  

Availability

Availability will be on a first come first served basis. We have the capacity to run 3 groups per session, with a minimum of 4 guests per group with 1 guide, so 12 guests in total with 3 guides.

Normally the minimum we need is 4 guests for a group to run, but sometimes we can run a smaller group at the discretion of the guides. If there are less than 4 people in this group, expect that the price will be higher.

Final Balance

 Final balance must be paid into our account before May 31st, 2024.

Inclusions

  • 11 days of hosting and guiding by The Adventure Project (TAP).

  • The trip starts at the Concepcion Airport (CCP) and ends in Concepcion.

  • 10 night's accommodation at the Cabanas los Huallas, in Las Trancas, including breakfasts.

  • Visits to local restaurants in the evenings (food/drinks not included).

  • Free hot-tub use at the Cabanas los Hualles.

  • 8 day's guided skiing from The Adventure Project.

  • Comprehensive avalanche safety training.

  • Private transportation from the Concepcion Airport to Las Trancas and return transportation to Concepcion at the end of the trip.

  • Daily return transportation to and from las Trancas, to the ski area.

  • Cultural day including private visit to the Santa Berta Winery, Violeta's Restaurant in San Carlos for a private meal and exploring the market's in Chillan (time permitting).

Exclusions

  • Airfare (meet at the Concepcion Airport CCP).

  • Comprehensive travel insurance.

  • Lift tickets (budget $50 a day during low season).

  • Lunches ($10/day).

  • Dinners in Las Trancas ($15/day).

  • Option to add on a 3-course meal at our accommodation, cooked by a private chef (includes appetizer, main, desert and 2 x drinks). 2023 pricing was additional $30 per night.

  • Additional equipment hire.

  • Gratuities for The Adventure Project staff.
