2025 Mestia Program
Explore the amazing ski resorts and backcountry areas of Mestia, an ancient town in northern Georgia, known for its beautiful views of the surrounding Caucasus mountains and the many medieval Svan towers dotted around the landscape. This is an area that receives a lot of snow and is relatively unknown by most Westerners.
This will be an 11-day program, with 8 nights staying in Mestia, working with local guides and our own experienced guides. There will be 7 on-snow days and comprehensive avalanche safety training included (for groups exploring the off-piste areas). We will finish the trip with 2 nights and a full day of exploring the capital of Tbilisi.

Session 1 or 2:
Suntower Hotel Package: Single room - $3,895 USD per person; twin-share/double room - $3,735 USD per person.
Chalet Mestia Package: single room - $4,095 USD per person; twin-share/double room - $3,895 USD per person.

(*please note, we need 4 people per group, to guarantee these rates. If there are fewer people in the group, the price will be higher. We can have 3 x 4 person groups per session).
Deposit
The deposit is $1,000 USD per person. Full payment of the deposit will be required up-front and will be strictly non-refundable.
By sending in your deposit, you agree to the Terms and Conditions as listed on our website. Please make sure you understand these terms PRIOR to sending in your deposit therefore.
If a trip cannot run due to circumstances beyond our control, then the deposit will be held for another trip of your choosing. If you cancel your trip, then you would lose your deposit.
You must purchase comprehensive travel insurance as soon you pay the deposit. Deposit (and final balance), can be paid via check, bank transfer, money order, international wire, Venmo or Zelle.
Final Balance
Due before January 1st, 2023.
Suitability
This trip is suitable for advanced and expert skiers and boarders.
Trip Focus
Groups can choose from a guided experience where the focus is on finding as much untouched snow as possible. Hiking and touring will be necessary to be able to increase the chances of finding better snow. Guests can also choose our skier or boarder improvement camp (same price as the guided experience). There we will be working on technique, inbounds, within the resort.
It is strongly recommended to put together your own private group of 4 people so that you have your own cohesive group which does not need to be added to by TAP. We welcome individuals or non-complete groups but please note that we cannot guarantee the compatibility of a group that is not private.

8 night’s accommodation in Mestia at either the Hotel Suntower Mestia or the Chalet Mestia, twin/double share or single-share, includes breakfast. Other hotels and pricing are available on request.

2 night’s accommodation at the Shota Rustaveli Hotel, twin-share or single-share, includes breakfast.

7 on-snow days, 7 days guiding with local guides (UIAGM certified ski guide) and a TAP guide. 4 to 2 clients to guide ratio.

Return transportation to/from Tbilisi in Mercedes Sprinter VIP van (or equivalent).

Full-day of sightseeing in Tbilisi at end of trip.
